How to Hard Reset Samsung Galaxy A6 (SM-A600G/DS)
1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold Volume UP key then press and hold Power key for a while.
3. Release all key when Samsung logo appears (Android 7: you will see Android logo with "No command" text, wait a moment and you don't need press any keys ) then you will see Android System Recovery.
4. In Recovery Mode, use Volume keys to select wipe data / factory reset. Press Power key to confirm.
5. Use Volume keys to select Yes — delete all user data.
6. Press power key to confirm.
7. Use Volume keys to select Reboot system now.
8. Press power key to confirm.
